We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or external factors. Delivery updates and estimated dates will be provided as soon as possible.
7. Returns & Damaged Items
Due to the handmade, personalised, and made-to-order nature of our cards, returns are very limited.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and assist where appropriate.

11. Creation Time & Order Processing
As all of our cards are handmade and created to order, production times will vary depending on the size of your order, the designs selected, and current demand.
Creation may take several weeks for larger or more detailed orders. Estimated creation and dispatch timeframes will be provided to you after your quote has been reviewed and confirmed.
Orders will only enter production once the quote has been approved and full payment has been received.
12. Cancellations & Order Changes
Once a quote has been approved and full payment has been received, orders cannot be cancelled or changed, as production may begin immediately.
If you need to request a change, please contact us as soon as possible. While we may try to accommodate changes where feasible, this cannot be guaranteed once work has started.
13. Customer Information & Personalisation Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all personalisation details provided (including names, dates, spelling, and wording) are accurate at the time of order confirmation.
We cannot be held responsible for errors once production has begun.
