  • Payment Processing (Revolut): Payments are securely processed through Revolut. When you pay an invoice, your payment credentials are handled directly by Revolut under their security standards and privacy policy.

     

  • Delivery & Courier Services: We share your name and shipping address with postal carriers (e.g., Royal Mail or international couriers) strictly to fulfill physical delivery.

     

  • Website Platform & Hosting: Our website and forms are hosted on secure platforms that process form submissions and store data with industry-standard encryption.

     

5. Data Retention & Archiving

  • Order & Financial Records: We retain transactional data and invoices for up to 6 years to comply with UK tax regulations and legal record-keeping requirements.

     

  • Custom Layouts & Proof Archives: We archive custom designs, digital proofs, and bespoke color palettes for 12 months from the date of completion. This allows you to easily request reorders using your original order number.

     

  • General Inquiries: Email communications and quotes that do not proceed to an order are periodically cleared after 12 months.

     

6. Data Security

We take the security of your personal information seriously. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Access to personal details is limited strictly to operating the studio and fulfilling your requests.

 

7. Direct Marketing & Gift Orders

  • Gift Recipients: If you provide a third party’s address for direct-to-recipient shipping, their details are used strictly to deliver the order. We never use recipient details for marketing purposes.
